MULE ENTERPRISE SERVICE BUS (ESB) FEATURES

  OVERVIEW FEATURES SPECIFICATIONS
Simplicity in development

The Mule® ESB's simplified programming model creates the same results as expensive proprietary applications, at a fraction of the cost both in terms of software licenses and professional services. New users are up-and-performing integration tasks in 5 minutes, literally. The open source code base allows Mule users to customize the product to meet their needs.

This rapid development and deployment cycle means that developers can go from laptop to fully-networked environment in just minutes through simple configuration and controls.

Mule Works With Your Existing Application Servers

Large enterprises typically have multiple application servers running across their mission-critical environments. Because Mule is fully compatible with all of the major commercial and open source J2EE application servers, customers never have to rip-and-replace their application servers when integrating with Mule.

With Mule, customers have their choice of how to deploy. Mule can be deployed in proprietary J2EE application servers such as BEA WebLogic, IBM WebSphere, Oracle Application Server, SunOne as well open source products like Tomcat, Geronimo, or JBoss. In addition, Mule "scales down" and can be deployed in a web container such as a J2SE JVM.
